Our Process

Client Centered

The process of financial planning begins with a conversation I want to learn more about your unique situation, helping you to articulate the things that are important to you. With this information my team and I will develop a personally crafted financial plan with action items to achieve your financial goals.

Step 1: Getting to Know You

During our initial meeting, I want to get to know you and what makes you unique.  I give you an overview of our process and capabilities, answering any questions you may have. We spend most of our time seeking to understand your general financial goals, needs and questions. I want to know where you're at, how you got there, and where you'd like to go.

Step 2: Gathering the Data and Develop the Plan

At this point, we'll seek to obtain as much quantitative and qualitative information as necessary. We'll need to gather various statements and documents. More importantly, we'll specifically identify your financial goals. Understanding your time frame for various goals and your attitudes toward risk are crucial to developing strategies tailored to your needs, priorities and preferences.

Step 3: Review and Implementing Your Plan

Building on step one and two we will meet to review and discuss your financial plan, scenarios providing you with a deeper understanding of your finances and possible future outcomes. We will help you to put the plan to work for you through simple and actionable items.

Step 4: Periodic Reviews

Circumstances can and will change. Your financial plan is an ever-evolving document – that should be flexible to keep up with change. We will continue to develop our relationship through check ins and annual reviews. It’s my role to keep you on track and make modifications when necessary.

*Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing.  Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial planning fee.
